3. Complete the Intake Form
The intake form button will be enclosed in your "Appointment Scheduled" email. Kindly fill out the form at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. This is an important step to your effective hypnotherapy session.

Take a moment to ensure all of your equipment is in good working order. Your comfort is key. Choose clothing that feels good and layer up for maximum coziness. Find your secure, quiet, and relaxing space. Focus on your goal.
