Please check both your email inbox and spam/junk mail folders to locate your appointment confirmation and receipt. Additionally, a friendly reminder email and/or text message will also be sent to you.
3. Complete Intake Form
The intake form button will be enclosed in your "Appointment Scheduled" email. Kindly fill out the form at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Thank you for your cooperation.
4. Preparation for Session
Take a moment to check that all your equipment is in good working order. Your comfort is key. Choose clothing that feels good and layer up for maximum coziness. Find your secure, quiet, and relaxing space. Focus on your goal.
